The Measurement and Interpretation of the Earnings of Migratory Farm Workers

The earnings of migratory farm workers are neither easily measured nor easily interpreted. This paper describes some of the common pitfalls in the measurement and interpretation of these earnings. Examples are drawn from Wayne County, New York, a chief source of migrant employment in that state.
