Marketing HRM: A Management Opportunity

The central tenet of this paper is that the philosophy, concepts and tools used by marketing managers provide a fresh approach to meeting the opportunities and challenges faced by human resource managers. A mar keting oriented human resource manager is considered more likely to make an impact on the success of a company, through being more effective in demonstrating the relevance of HRM to management team members, and helping other managers to increase their productivity.
