The Development Needs of Australian Company Directors

While management training exercises a great deal of our attention, the preparation for the roles of directors is a neglected aspect of business and management development. Recently the author completed a major survey of Australian company directors to ascertain their management training needs, and discovered that many of these were different from our conventional views.
