Management Development in Nicholas Through Performance Appraisal

In this paper I will attempt to explain how one company, Nicholas International Limited, has gone about In management development over the past 10 years. The paper will have four main sections; the first concerned with what I will rather grandiosely call philosphy, secondly how we established this particular system in our company, thirdly a look at the current paper work and finally how this scheme has become central to the task of managing our business.
