Is Australia passing through an economic revolution, marked by a reduced workforce in agriculture, manufacturing and most services, and the growth of an "Information Society"? Is this a "Post Industrial" or a "Post Service" revolution? Is the concept worth examining? And if it is, what (if any) actions should we take? And when?
